So I just watched Disney's Tangled this Chinese New Year's Eve. I really like the story, and during the whole time I was mesmerized by Rapunzel's voice. I was really wondering who the voice actress was and during the song "I See The Light", I had the feeling that I have already heard that song before, even though today was my first time watching Tangled, so something's not right, right?
And then during the credits, the answer finally revealed itself. The voice actress of Rapunzel is none other than MANDY MOORE! THE Mandy Moore! It all suddenly made sense!
It was maybe a year or so when I was searching about Mandy Moore in youtube and I might have watched the studio version of "I See the Light", and I knew that she had voice acted an animated movie but I forgot what it is; it must've been Tangled.
Since it was also a year since I heard her voice, I didn't really noticed that it was her during the whole movie (I feel sorry about it). But I'm really amazed and mesmerized at Rapunzel's voice actress, at Mandy Moore.
It's embarrassing that Tangled was released in 2010 and yet I was only able to watch it today. But this bliss that I feel is immense, it's a too wonderful gift that I had received from oblivion. Not knowing about something then arriving suddenly is bringing wonder to you at a very special time, making you feel special, making you believe that today was the chosen time for this to occur.
And that is the phenomenon I received today. Read the title once again.
